heyy it's time for no excuse november

Lollll. Still had my banana...then a chc sand from mayo. .5 of a 100 cal skinny mint mocha at sb, and plans for some ravioli, sandwich n spicy mexichips (on my sandy of course). Mayhaps sum kimchi n black rice, along with house cleaning, hair care and fitness. Yup. more tmrw. This is a pain on my phone. Oh, I had a mini vanilla scone and 6 pizza rolls...nother nana too post workout
