2nd day

Breakfast- 2 bananas and water

Snack- 2 grapes.. Obviously I wasn't hungry XD

Lunch-Leftovers from dinner the night before;
My special diet shepard's pie

Snack-Homemade roasted pumpkin seeds

Dinner-Turkey sammy on whole wheat with lettuce and pickles, 2% cheese 1 slice.
1/2 sausage and steamed carrots.

snack-apple or grapes have not decided :D

I must say I did not exercise today because I had a bad headache, and then when it went away it was dark out.. So tomorrow I'll have to exercise a bit more.

Feelings today: I did not eat till full and I only ate till satisfied. The seeds helped keep me satisfied till dinner and they are healthy!
I drank alot of water throughout the day as well.
