DAY 8 (WEEK 2) !! :( must be stricter to myself)

6:00
- Weight: 54 kg (just only 1 week and i loose 1 kg) hehe so happy if it really keep going like this 3 more week i'll loose 3 more kg
- 2/3 banana
- Jogging 30 min

7:30
- 1 cup of milk + 1 banana

12:00
-1 steam bun with BBQ pork
-1 slice of whole meal bread with curry

1:30
-1 banana

5:30
- half a bowl of rice + 2 piece of chicken
- half a cup of milk + 1 piece of butter biscuit:mad:

10:00
- bed time
