Day 6!! wha hahahaha!! (o.5 kg down)

[B]Morning[/B]

- 6:00:
- Weight: 54.5 kg
- 1 banana + jogging 30 min

- 7:30: break fast: corn flake + light milk ( 1 cup)

- 11:30: half a bowl of pasta with tomato sauce + 1/2 banana

- 4:00: corn flake + light milk (1 cup)
- 1 slice of whole meal bread + half slice of cheese + tomatoes sauce:mad:
-1/2 banana

Water till bed time :)
