DAY 5!! Weight plzzz go away!!

[B]Morning[/B]

-6:00
- Weight: 55kg:confused: I don't know how people can loose weight so easily. Like my mom 1 month after the holiday the loose 2 kg easily:eek:
-1 small banana
-(Anyway) jogging 30 min

- 7:30: Breakfast: corn flake + light milk ( 1 cup)
-8:00: a thin slice of bread and peanut butter

11:30: half a bowl of rice + white radish

3:30: 1 banana + corn flake +light milk ( 1 cup)

5:00: 1 bowl of salad ( lettuce + pickle + onions)

Water until bed time

10:30 bed time
