DAY 4!! I'm doing okay?? >"<

6:00
- Weight 55kg (121 lbs)
- 1 small banana
- Jogging and running for 30 min

7:30: Breakfast: 1 cup of corn flake + light milk + 1 small banana

1:00: 1 biscuit :eek: It was right in front of me when I sit down in front of my laptop, probably my sis put it there!! damn it

2:21: 1 cup of light milk + cornflake +
- 1 banana

Water Till bed time

10:00 Bed time
