DAY 2! Good so far- 30 DAYS Challenge

[B]Morning[/B]

6:00 a.m: - Weight 55kg(120lbs)
- 1 small banana before exercise :)
- Walking and running as usual (30 minutes)

8:10: Light milk with corn flake cereal

11:30: half a bowl of rice + 1 piece of grilled chicken wing + tomatoes + 1 pear:D

[B]Afternoon[/B]

2:00: 1 pear + 1 banana

3:00: light milk with corn flake cereal:mad:

5:30: half a bowl of rice + half of small sardine fish

Water later

11:30: bed
