Day 5

I skipped a day because l had Chemistry Exams. Damn. Here goes yesterday's report.

Woke up at 7am
Had 2 bananas for breakfast and a starbucks mug sized cup of water.

Lunch was ricenoodle 1 bowl.

Dinner 1 bowl of rice, 1 bowl of soup.

Went to sleep at 9:45 pm

This diet is helping me get back to my normal sleeping schedule :p

Weight: 147.4 lb :cool:
