day 7

Hi everyone so this is my seventh day and Im back on track. For breakfast I had a banana and a piece of seaweed, then for lunch I had chicken stir-fry w/ veggies and panini with cheese and pepperoni.For a snack a had 10 sour gummies then for dinner I had baked ziti w/o meat, broccoli and salad. Throughout the day I have been drinking oolong tea which works to help excrete fat. Im going to try and go more serious on this diet and limit my grains to once a day at most. Im going to try and drink more tea in between meals to distract myself from eating the candy my roomate got me for my birthday. hahah well Im glad im back on track--wish me luck the rest of the week guys!! I'll probably update again tomorrow though lol XD well later!!
