Week 7 - Feb 22nd - 28th

Well I wrapped up week 6 not to good, over the weekend I had a lot of work going on at my house and felt the need to eat chips, cookies and lots of other junk:confused:. Week 7 new week and I started Monday morning back on track with the Gym and my morning Banana, so I'm not going to beat myself up about the weekend. The weight lose is still happening I just need to get back on track and stay on it. I'm still having an issue with my bowels not mving every day and when they do I have to take something so I not sure what this is all about, my system adjusting or the change of diet. I'm monitoring that issue and hoping this will pass soon. Well I will update about this week 7 on Friday.:cool:
