*Lilo's morning banana diet track*

[COLOR=black][B]Hi everyone ^^[/B][/COLOR]

i'm starting my Morning banana diet tomorrow! (got everything ready! lol)
I'm really excited and determined to update this blog everyday to motivate myself, and maybe motivate you too? :)
(hope i'll actually lose some weight >_< )

[B]Starting Weight:[/B] 163 pounds (I know im fat T_T)
[B]Target weight:[/B] 140 pounds (that would be awesome!)
[B]Body Fat:[/B] Seriously I have no idea, (I just got a regular scale)
[B]Bedtime:[/B] I'm used to sleep around 1-2am but i'll will sleep around 10-11pm starting tomorrow :)

This diet seems pretty simple and "realistic" to me, you don't have to count calories, or go all crazy planning your meals.
+ I love bananas!! :)
