[FONT=Calibri]Previous Weight = 126.60 (12/30/08)[/FONT]
[FONT=Calibri]Current Weight[/FONT][FONT=Calibri] = 124.80 (12/31/09)[/FONT]
[FONT=Calibri]AM - 4 banana + water[/FONT]
[FONT=Calibri]LUNCH - [/FONT]
[FONT=Calibri]SNACK - [/FONT]
[FONT=Calibri]DINNER - [/FONT]
[FONT=Calibri]- Something I noticed, I didn't got hungry though I ate my dinner before 6pm - wow! Usually when I get home from my part time at around midnight, I gotta eat as I am too starving but not this time. So far, it looks like it's good or maybe it is because of the mind set and being determine. [/FONT]
[FONT=Calibri]- Tonight is a new year's eve, let's see if I can opt out to eat. Hmm, I can move my celebration for 1/1/09 at lunch time instead of tonight. I'm not thinking of cheating anyway. :P Maybe I will just drink water while watching my husband eating, how's that? :P[/FONT]
