Good news, I lost 4lbs more. And I have added a recent picture of myself(I took it about 3 weeks ago). Hello! :p

My menu lately:

B: 1 banana coffee w/ van soymilk(I never add sugar)
L: Rice, soup, kimchi
S: Jello fruit cup or yogurt and banana(but I don't always have a snack at this time)
D: Rice, meat, kimchi, veggie
Sometimes I end up having a small snack after dinner, like a small cube of cheese or a fruit. My Mom will usually have something and gives me some, so that is why I don't have a set type of snack. Sometimes it is a piece of toast. This is well within the not eating 4hrs before bed rule.

I need to drink more water, I have been having unsweetened room temp green tea. Can't get myself to drink more than one large mug of water. I also take one tablet of zinc and 3 capsules of fish oil(1 at each meal), but this is more for my skin. I read zinc and fish oil could help clear it up and keep it that way.

And I have been exercising daily. I probably won't on Christmas since I have to cook and have stuff to do.
