Okay, I have not been doing much of the Nutrisystem(we are waiting for a food delivery). Bananas disappear too fast in this house, but I manage to get one in the morning. I have been rowing 20-30 minutes almost daily and eating small portions of food. I think what has helped the most is the fact that 1. No fast food and 2. No snacking on cookies or chips all day. The second one was because there were always snacks around at work. Now that I am not at work I am not nibbling all day on junk.

Here is a typical day since I moved

8 or 9AM : 1 banana and vitamins. Coffee with soymilk

11AM: row for 20-30 minutes. Maybe do a little on the pilates machine or ab lounger.

Noon: lunch of rice and soup or
a nutrisystem meal or
1 yogurt with a banana mixed in.

2 or 3PM: Snack of jello cup with fruit or
piece of fruit or
something sweet or
more coffee and a plain biscotti

5PM: nutrisystem meal or
rice, kimchi, veggies, and a meat or
a sandwich
