Second day so far

Posted September 30th, 2008 at 09:17 PM by theLostJockey
Didn't have any banana's the day after I joined :P. But I got some the next day and so I've officially been on this thing for two days now. Monday went okay. My banana wasn't exactly ripe, so bleh, and I ate after nine. I don't get home until 9 at the earliest on mondays, wednesdays, and thursdays due to my schedule, so I'm going to have to make an exception for that. With there being no time to eat lunch most days, I can't skip dinner. That would just make this the anorexic diet :D, that's no good!

Day two, today, went better. My banana was very tasty! I completely spaced on the water only thing, though, and had a coke with lunch. Also, I need to weigh myself sometime this week so I can keep a more official blog. Also, I had a snack after dinner. I'm a horrible dieter, though. In fact, I hate the idea of dieting, I think it's unhealthy. People should just eat healthy normally, none of this restrictions and cheating and everything else that goes with dieting.

We'll see how this works out for me. I'm the anti-dieter. I've never been on a diet, aside from about a week where I decided to count my calories, but even then, I was just counting, not restricting. Plus, this isn't really a diet. I did the same thing last spring. My schedule was so busy, I'd end up having to eat a granola bar for breakfast and then just eat dinner. This caused the side effect of me now feeling nauseous just thinking about the taste of granola bars. Hopefully that won't happen with bananas. Okay, this is getting kind of long, so I'll sign out.

Well, it's been three weeks. Was the diet effective, or did you fall off the bananawagon?

I agree with the idea of eating normally, without restrictions, which is kind of how the MoBa diet is -- during lunch and dinner. The restrictions are in the number of meals and when they are, mostly. So it's basically just getting your life on more of a regular pattern, which is "normal" in one sense.

Have you lost any weight? Are you still doing the diet?
