and didn't drink enough water, so I ended up with water weight (what else do you gain overnight?), minor setback, I'll just do better today. I only had one banana and six pizza rolls. for lunch I'll have a burrito bowl from chipopo, and for dinner, probably half a sandwich and some noodles. dunno if they'll be ramen or not, bu they'll be something. noodles are great. I've been using black rice in my quesadillas though. super tasty, you guys should try it.
