I had a banana for breakfast with room temperature water... I hate the water part...
I didn't go jogging so I danced instead for about an hour
Then I had green tea followed by a pot of 0% fat yoghurt for snack time
I had two slices of wholemeal toast with low fat magarine + a few spoonfulls of rice for lunch. followed by another mug of green tea.
So far so good...
This is what I plan to have for dinner tonight at half 6:
-Grilled salmon with a little salt and pepper (a little salt!)
-Green beans and sweet corn
all will be served in small bowls.
Verdict- So far, I'm enjoying being healthy, the banana really kept me going for a long time, I'm loving the MB diet.
I'll be posting my weight loss here every sunday. wish me luck.
