[B]Bedtime:[/B] 00:00 p.m.
[B]Bowel Movements:[/B] 1
[B]Exercise:[/B] 40 mins fast walking, 50 pushups (on my knees)

1 banana
12 ounces water

[B]Lunch[/B] (11:30 a.m.)

1 med baked potato no toppings



[B]Snack[/B] (03:00 p.m.)


½ 3 musketeers bar

Shish kabob and rice pilaf

I need to eat bigger lunches like I did before. Just a baked potato was not enough, I was ravenous by 3:30-4:00 pm and ended up having dinner early. I am feeling good that I am now 1.4 pounds less than my starting weight, even though I did experience some brief weight gain.
