:eek:I really like this diet, I've lost about 10 lbs. I hope to lose 30 lbs by March, 2009. I live in beautiful North Carolina and I'm new in town.

Wow! You must have started it before it hit the news to have lost so much. Why don't yoiu start a Banana Blog here and record some of your data going forward so others can watch your progress.

I lost about 13 lbs since 10/29. I was shocked too! This diet is so easy. It's almost like no diet at all. :p

:oI started on 10/25, eatting just a small amount of food. I ate nearly no food, just a salad, almonds and 1 egg to loose this weight. I was eatting no breakfast just afternoon lunch. This is my 2nd week, I 'm eatting more food, maybe no weight lost, I lost alot of water, I ate no salt or sugar.

I hope it was before the Morning Banana diet....

Not eating breakfast can slow down your progress... I know its fewer calories but try running a car with no gas. The same goes for your body. If you just eat a banana for your breakfast, you get a lot of health benefits, you fill up super quick, and it takes no time to prepare.
