Hi Everyone!

Today is my first day on this diet! YEY! So now I have a couple questions. I got my coffee question sorted in another thread. But now, I have a different question.

How many bananas am I suppose to eat for breakfast? I ate 1 banana this morning and didn't feel the need to eat a 2nd one. I know that it is said we can eat anything for lunch and dinner with a snack at 3pm. Do I eat a banana before my meals, wait 30 mins and then take my lunch/dinner? Or are bananas only a morning thing?

Also, I understand we can substitute bananas for other fruits like apple in the mornings. But can we have other fruits during the day not as a substitution? I bought several pomegranets over the weekend and was thinking about eating it as my 3pm snack.

Thanks!

Hi, Shiuri. Don't eat any more bananas than you need to fill up. And you don't need to eat bananas other than at breakfast (although you may, as long as it's an approved meal or snack time).

You can eat the pomegranates for your snack if that satisfies you, although there's not a lot of food in a pomegranate.
