I started on Monday doing this diet. I have a question how long before you should start seeing results? Also is it ok to have oatmeal? I have a couple of banana's at about 6:30am and by 9:00am I geting pretty hungry. Hope this works!:)

Oatmeal sounds like a great idea! In Japan they eat a rice ball in mid-morning on the diet if they are still hungry. Oatmeal is even better, since it's more of a whole grain. (It doesn't have the fish and seaweed bits that a rice ball does though :eek:)
