I tried the hollywood diet cookie for a few days. It was satisfying...maybe too much if you know what I mean. I didnt lose that much weight and I felt better eating old fashioned food such as fruits and veges. Plus my skin improved a lot when I got off the Hollywood cookie diet. Has anyone else tried it?

I've heard of Dr. Siegal's Cookie Diet, but not the Hollywood Cookie Diet. Now looking on the internet, I see that Dr. Siegal is pissed off (http://www.cookiedietonline.com/cd_pages/blog.php) (April 23, 2008 post) about imitators!

He mentions the Hollywood Cookie Diet, but he also mentions a Japanese imitator, the Soypal Cookie Diet. BananaGurl, you might give that a try if you need a vacation from the Morning Banana Diet!

Guess what? There's a Japanese Cookie Diet:

http://www.soypal.com/

They recommend eating a pack of their soy milk and okara cookies to replace one meal each day. Actually, that's a lot like the Morning Banana Diet, which replaces a meal with a banana. This seems to be the Japanese way, I guess.

I am not sure if it was the Soypal diet I tried or if it was some other diet similar to it but I did not like the cookies at all. They were so dry and crumbly lol compared to the hollywood diet cookies. I almost choked on the soy cookies more than once. When I was trying out that diet, I made sure to keep a huge glass of water handy. However for the Hollywood Diet cookies, they were soooo sweet that I had my suspicions about it and stopped eating those cookies all together.

If you have Grandmaw's cookies there
you can buy them at convence stores usually 2@1.00
two cookies (one package) is usually around 300-350 calories
so 3 packages a day + water, skim milk ect would be 900-1400 calories
a day

I always think about to take Hollywood Cookie Diet but I fail to do so. I really don't understand what it includes exactly. Is it contain only fruits, juice and green vegetables? Please give me some idea so that I can also try it.
