I'm always on dailyspark. It also has an article talking about this diet. It seems like its starting to get popular and maybe soon it'll sweep the U.S.A.

It's not only getting more publicity, but there's actually starting to be a backlash. I guess you know it's reached a certain threshold of success when people start to criticize it.

If people do criticize the diet there would be little room for that because its so simple and straight forward.
At least you dont have to go out and spend a ton of money like other programs require.

Well in the US it's not a newsworthy story unless you can get some "expert" to go on tv and tell you why it won't work.

lol Considering Asians have known for how many hundreds of years tea is good for you and only in the last couple of years have western authprities decided that its true, I often don't listen to a lot of what they say ;) I also look at it as the US is hardly the authority or how to be thin; there's a reason most Americans are obese and most Japanese are not right?
It's kind of fun to live in a culture where women list dieting as a hobby, gives you lots of options to try some good some not (lookin at you natto diet - did get me to like natto but that was it)

Yup I think thats actually the right way to put it. And anyway even if this is not the top of the mountain yet, then all this publicity surely will get it to the top soon enough.

I don't think any diet will get popular with everybody, because people are different. The MOBD will be the best diet for some people, while there will always be someone who hates it. :)

Whatever works for one, right? Not all diets are universal, but the person's discipline factor dictates most of the results.
