Welcome, msnana! I'd love to hear about some of the diets that worked for you in the past.
If you go to http://morningbanana.com/morning-banana-diet-rules you can get started, and then just ask questions here in the forum. The diet is kind of being figured out as we go, based on a version of the diet that has been popular in Japan.

Hi Mango,
sorry I have two questions!
I'm italian and i started the banana diet two days ago. I want to know if I can have an italian cofee after the morning banana, I eat my banana about nine, can I have a coffee at ten? And, instead of the o-nigiri snack can I have a little bread or cracker?
Thank you in advance!:)

Hi, msnana58. As I understand the diet, it's very strict that you can only have bananas and room temperature water as your breakfast, but after 15, 20 or 30 minutes has passed after eating the banana, you are allowed to eat or drink something else. So your plan sounds fine to me.

Okay, in the past I've lost weight by not eating; but we all know that is a bad idea. I'm going to give this a try, I love bananas.:D

Since we get to eat bananas and water first thing in the morning, I'm not too hungry immediately after. But it is wise to give your body a little something every few hours. And the continuous water intake helps with faster digestion.

The experts do say that eating little and often makes for a quicker metabolism, and eating something for breakfast is a must and is the most important meal of the day. Bananas are a good breakfast becuase they are a slow releasing carbohydrate, which means you should feel fuller for longer and have higher energy levels.

I wish you all success with your Morning Banana Diet. This diet has helped many people, and there is no reason why it shouldn't help you too. It actually helped Kumiko Mori, the ex opera singer, shed 15 pounds at no extra cost.
