Surgeon General's warning: Don't overdo the Morning Banana Diet. I'm not sure what to make of this photo of Amy Winehouse from the Gossip Girls (http://www.celebrity-gossip.net/celebrities/hollywood/amy-winehouses-banana-run-202757/) site, but if bananas had anything to do with her current weight, it's a sobering lesson for us all: Lose what you need to lose, and stop! ;)

Has anyone confirmed that perhaps Amy Winehouse is anorexic from all the drugs and drinking she does? I would think that eating bananas is the least of her long list of problems.

This diet is not to starve ourselves. Going on a diet is actually just changing eating habits to become and maintain the wieght that you are supposed to be. If you have a healthy mind, you will know if you need to take in a few more daily calories.

I had a look at this story, and seriously, I feel that Amy has more problems than just bananas. The more I think about it, the more I feel that bananas have nothing to do with Amy's problems.

I think you are theonly one who got the idea straight. A diet means a balanced food habit with all nutrients. It doesn't mean you are starving yourself, or it is not a measure to loose wieght. It is supposed to give your body the optimum nutrient. If you are overweight, you'll loose weight and if you're fine then you'll experience an increase in your energy levels.
