I saw this also... On it for the third day, I can say that everything is going well, I lost 3 pounds so far.

Hey, don't forget to pose for some "before" photos ... you may need them for comparison if the diet realy works for you. ;)

I have been on the diet for 2 days and even if I haven't lost any weight I do feel better

I just started today, i do feel fuller. its 6 pm and usually i am still hungry but i feel full and satisfied. now lets see if i lose weight too. keep you posted.

I am always a bit wary of new diets. I always do some research first before trying anything out. This one sure sounds interesting...worthy of a closer look, at any rate.

fingers crossed!

but i sort of screwed up already - i had yogurt and then after an hour i remembered that i wanted to do this diet, so then i had the banana. hope it won't be MUCH of a problem. will keep you guys posted on how i'm doing. pray for me! i need to lose the weight!

Wish I had thought to do some before photos and take a precise weight measurement.

All I know is I started around 225 - 230 range.

As for photos, don't really have any that "show" what my body was like, just normal candids wearing regular clothes.

Now, at 176, not one pair of pants I had back then is even close to fitting...

AOL can all it crazy all they want.

The guy who wrote that is probably overweight.
