A lot of people starting up, it seems. Here are some comments from yesterday's Banana Blogs (http://morningbanana.com/community/blog.php):

asagi722 wrote: "I think I did pretty well, this is definitely a diet I can handle but I dont think just one pack of fruit snacks for my snack is enough, I was ravenously hungry by 5, after all they arent even a full ounce each anyway."

noweaps wrote: "I heard about this diet on the radio on my way to work this morning. I've been successful with weight watchers but it's a lot of work. I'm going to start this in the morning. Is it really just a bananna and warm water in the morning and then eat what ever you want at the other two meals. What about during the day? can you drink diet soda?"

goingbananas wrote: "Well, I listened to the radio this morning, and they were chatting about this "new" MoBa diet. I was intrigued and decided to give it a try."

An idea for asagi722: Try a big bowl of popcorn in the p.m. and see if that helps with your hunger.

Hi there. Milk is so tempting but from my experience it has always slowed down progress and it makes quite a few people super bloated. I dont know about you, but I drink rice milk or almond milk as a substitute. Soy is alright but its kinda thick.
