So has anyone here lost weight on this diet? If so how much and in what amount of time?
Just wondering if it was worth a try?

The "Blogs" link in the navbar leads to the individual blogs where some members are documenting their MoBa diets. Most just started recently, however.

Well, honestly I started dieting a week ago (October 14) but started the MBD last October 18.

From 88Kg, I am now 84Kg..... that's WAY too rapid I know so I must be doing something wrong coz I might've losing just water in my body and not fat.....

Maybe you should switch to waist measurement instead of weight.

I weighed myself this morning and GAINED weight. This is only my second day, maybe i am just bloated or something because my body is not used to eating 3 times a day.

eh I lost about 8 pounds in less than two weeks so I think it's working.

You may lose rapidly at first due to the increase in water intake. I would wiegh yourself once a week. Keep a blog to see your results and any patterns that may occur.

Why don't you consult the moderator of the forum and then a dietician, it's always better to be safe than sorry. They'll surely give you some advice and may be then you'll now what was going wrong.
