Hello!
I found this diet idea in AOL news. It is a great idea. Great marketing idea as well as a good way to loose weight! Bananas are fantastic for you. Giving diet rules, while giving freedom at the same time offers a great way for everyone to learn a new lifestyle way of eating. Not eating after six is the best way to keep yourself in check. It's hard but keep thinking of that flat tummy!!!
Five yrs. ago I weighed 152lbs. at 5'6". Not obese but most of it around the middle was not healthy. About 2 yrs. ago I got down to 123 lbs. My jeans were loose and I felt great, but because most of the weight loss was due to a stimulant medication, it wasn't healthy. My friends all said I looked gaunt in the face and I lost alot of strength with muscle loss.
So I went off meds and am now back to 140-145 depending on the time of month. I've been exercising and watching my food intake along with my bf, he has lost over 11lbs in the past few months. I haven't lost any!!!
I'm looking foward to adding this banana diet to my regimen of yoga, exercise and vitamins. One thing that at least Americans might want to watch out for is calcium. If the diet doesn't allow milk, make sure you get enough calcium in your diet. We Americans tend to be calcium deficient...so I've read anyway.
