I usually have some soup before I eat dinner (so, I don't eat as much)... with MBD, is soup okay to have? (I usually have chicken vegetable soup... not something with heavy cream or hearty...)

Many thanks,
Marco's mom

I think in this case soup could be considered a part of the meal, rather than a beverage, so there should be no problem. I can't imagine that Japanese MoBa dieters are skipping miso soup in their meals!

Of course you can! because vegetables are very healthy and they don't make you fat.

Also if you cannot eat even soup, this diet will be a pain :D

I do think you should try having just vegetable soup to get a better benefit. If you can make it yourself then that would be an even bigger bonus.

I think you can try any type of soup since they will be considered as a part of the diet. Also its good to have an amount of liquid intake. That does clean your insides and prevents further diseases.
