Here's an image of the last page of Fytte's 8-page MoBa profile where Hamachi (the diet's creator) answers some frequently asked questions.

Can you really eat anything you want for lunch and dinner? (You shouldn't stuff yourself until you feel completely full)
If you only have a banana for breakfast, won't you pig out at lunch? (15 minutes or more after the banana(s) you're allowed to eat something else -- Hamachi recommends some carbohydrates like a Japanese rice ball, "nigiri")
Want you gain the weight back afte the diet if you go back to your normal breakfast? (You hopefully will have learned to eat regular meals and not overeat at meals, but you can continue to have "banana days" if you are having problems)
If your job keeps you from eating an early dinner, will this prevent the Morning Banana Diet from working? (Try having a light "pre-dinner" at work, perhap soup and a rice ball, then eating fruit after work as a light mini dinner)
I don't like bananas -- is this diet not for me? (Although eating anything other than just a banana and water may not be as effective, you might add yogurt if you just can't stand the banana alone, or you can substitute other fruits, such as grapes)
Bananas spoil easily, so is it O.K. to freeze them? (Freezing destroys some of the important digestive enzymes in bananas, and the cold bananas in your digestive system are not conducive to weight loss)
