Well I was wondering what you all eat for dinner. I'm looking for healthy foods by the way.
Maybe something simple and easy to whip up?

Mountain Sun Spinach Salad
Baby spinach, sliced red onion, crumbled low fat feta, blue or goat cheese (small amount), diced, cooked chicken breast, sliced roma tomatoes, lowfat homemade dressing - such as red wine vinegar, oil, lemon juice, seasonings. A local restaurant serves this and I copied the recipe "lowfat" style. If you are vegan, you can leave out the cheese and chicken and substitute rinsed garbanzo beans.

I am eating Chicken with garlic rice or sometimes just chowmin, which is very healthy and low calorie food item, I prefer low fat dinner..!!

I found a dressing that is really good and it is also healthy. Its a poppy seed dressing only 60 cal. I also use it for my broccoli salad instead of coleslaw dressing.

I am just starting the diet today, already slowly and meaningfully ate my banana.
My problem is I stress eat. I am now a single mother of three wonderful children who was married for 9 years. My husband just decided to leave me at the beginning of June (now going through the divorce process). One of the reasons he gave me was my weight. I know its a load of stuff but I still want to get healthy and look good and feel better. I was 140 at 5'6" when I met and married him. Over the years and after have kids, I am now 201. I was 225 when I started out with WW online but I cannot sit down every 5 minute logging stuff. I just want to regain my confidence.
I eat so I dont have to think. I woke up last night and without thinking about it went to the fridge and grabbed a yogurt. I feel horrible after I eat and I wake up feeling like a failure. I know I need to change my eating habits and my attitude towards food. I hate schedules and I dont stick to anything. Anyone have any advice.
