I think you can eat more bananas during the day, there is another version of the banana diet, you eat bananas 3 times a day, 2 bananas before breakfast, 2 bananas before lunch and 1 banana before dinner. Too many bananas for my liking, I am going to stick to the one in the morning. Good luck :)

do you mean that we can eat only bananas for all day and eat nothing else. Is it good?
