Hiya
Just found out about the banana diet reading on the internet about "The worst diets" funny enough I think this is the perfect one for me..... I am never hungry in the mornings and just have coffee, having a banana is going to be like having a feast ;o) and hopefully will help me to not being STARVING at dinner time.
The only thing I am not sure is about coffee. Is it ok to drink coffee 30min after eating the banana? How many coffees can I have a day?:rolleyes:
