View Full Version : What happen If I only eat banana for all day?

Plz,help me!!! I'm 19. I've losen 8 lbs within 3 months recently by low kcal diet but I can't continue losing anymore. I don't know why! And I still want to lose 5 lbs more!Can I eat banana for all day within 2 or 3 first day of the MoBa then only eat Banana for breakfast in the next days? Is it more effective?

Um I'm not quite sure what you're asking....You're question confused me a bit o.O
but
If you're asking if you can eat bananas then I'm sure you can. I don't really think there is a limit to how many bananas you can eat in a day but if you only eat bananas that means that you are missing nutrients that other foods give you. Personally I wouldn't do it.
I don't think that increasing the amount of bananas you eat throughout the day will make it anymore effective.
I just eat it once in the morning and that seems to work for me.

This would have made my english teacher blanch. xD If you meant if it would be affective to eat one banana for the whole day then yes. That is if you can stop yourself from overeating the next few days to make up for the lack of calories, which is pretty hard.

I tried that and wound up anemic.. you gotta have a bigger source for your vitamins and Minerals.

You'll die. lol just kiddinng, however, this is true, you need more nutrients than those found in banana's to survive. basically, no, you need to eat something besides bananas.
