I've been reading around in the forum, and I keep on seeing people losing pounds and stuff (congratulations!). But I'm curious as to whether it's just water weight or bloat that's being lost. You know, like how with other diets it's just usually water weight that people lose (trust me, I've been there) and then people gain the weight right back the moment they stop the diet. Do you see any physical changes? Do you fit better into your clothes? Any size changes? Do you feel more energized and visually getting skinnier? I want to see actual results!

I can wear my jean again! I don't have to strict myself too much about type of food..that means I can enjoy living as one human should to♥ I'm sure that it isn't water weight as I drink more water and my Skin looks younger as long as I sleep enough everyday...etc.
I think that your lifestyle (drinking water, sleep, exercise etc.) is the most important thing to loss weight. And banana is a little assistance who can help you do that easier.

Hi,
I am new and I'd like to please know what food should I eat and what to avoid...:)
hello there and welcome.. i'm new too but i kno a lil something something about healthy food and all.. so here goes.. stick to...
-fresh veggies, tomatoes, lettuce and sweet pumpkin is the best dieting veggies, broccoli helps with weight loss
-fresh fruit (not canned ones) the best are apples, bananas, oranges and grapefruit, grapes and watermelon's sugar is a bit higher so try not to have too much of that
-meat wise: fish and chicken (chicken breast is the best, not fattening), pork's good too, just not too much... try not to have too much beef, high cholesterol (putting lemon juice on your meat gets rid of the calories in your system)
for all meat, try to get rid of excess fat as best you can
-bake or boil or steam, try not to fry and don't add too much oil, sugar or salt
-black pepper and certain spices are fine
- try your best to avoid luncheon meat
-Grain wise, when eating bread, if you don't want too much calories, eat wheat, not white - when eating rice, take the brown not white - pasta or any kind of noodle type are pretty high in calories and if too much will make you bloated so don't have it on a daily basis- try to lay off the marinara, alfredo sauce if possible.. actually tomato and marinara is much healthy than chicken alfredo
-when eating eggs, try to only eat egg whites, cuz yolks are high in cholesterol
-avoid all fried foods, avoid chips, food with too much sugar, food with too much salt
-tomato soup is one of the healthiest soups.. and all veggie soups are pretty healthy too just lay off the salt, add black ground pepper for seasoning if needed
-also avoid eating out as much as possible because they tend to put more sugar and salt and other sauces in their food than you usually cook at home
-lay off ALL soft drinks, if best lay off the coffee, and any sugary drinks too
-the best drinks are green tea (unsweetened), water and sometimes milk
I'm crazy so if you wanna follow what i did.. go right on ahead.. i eat lots of fruits which contain natural sugar already soo.. when i cook i don't add ANY sugar to my food, no salt, and no seasoning..
-when i first started dieting... i ate all veggies (usually salad but i got sick of that so i boiled my food, i used lemon juice, olive oil and vinegar instead of fatty salad dressing) and fruits, 2 or 3 times a week i have brown rice with my food, or a slice of wheat bread.. this diet was called the slim without gym diet i found online.. and in a week i lost 10 pounds..
-but the banana diet doesn't work that way, but it might work twice as well if the lunch, snack and dinner consist of only the healthier and lower calorie of food.. but that's just me.. so i hope this helps you!
