Hello all. Well I have a bit of a dilemma.
I like all of you was on the morning banana diet. And I saw great results. I mean I lost 5 pounds in one week (which is amazing). And I was doing great with the diet until I just suddenly stopped doing it. I think it was a combination of me getting tired of eating bananas and me going to bed too late.
But after I stopped I slowly began to gain back the weight I lost and more. This year I gained a good 10 or so pounds :( And now my shirts and jeans are getting tighter...
I'm a vegetarian so the only meat I eat is eggs. And I recently cut out junk food and even started going to the gym 3+ times a week. But I haven't lost any weight yet. And since the morning banana diet gave me such good results I wonder if I should try it again.
