Hello fellow dieters :)
I am happy to say that during my 2 1/2 weeks of being on this banana diet, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I've lost about 5 pounds

I was curious as to how quickly other people are seeing the results of this diet.
Please share!

hmmm... In theory this diet should work really well, as long as your lunch and dinner isn't to heavy. So far I haven't lost any weight on it, but then again I've only been on it for a few days, and instead of eating one whole banana, I'm eating half a frozen banana with peanut butter. My starting weight(now) is currently 104 pounds, and I'm hoping to go down to 95. And since I know someone is going to say this- I'm not to skinny just really short.

Hi Friends,

I was just checking today on internet about natural methods of losing weight and i found this. I will be starting this from monday . My present weight is 125 pounds i was go down till 90 ponds ... After reading the reviews i am confirmed that i will try atleast. I always liked to eat banana and i used to eat lot till i was teen,, but then people started telling me that eating banana is a reason i am gaining weight and i stopped and was thinking twice for daring this method . Thanks for sharing your experience .

Thanks and I will write soon on my experience

I'm gonna start tomorrow morning.
I've been eating oatmeal in the morning made with water every morning recently, and it's really filling.
I wasn't really trying to diet, but now I feel like I need to get this weight I've gained in the past couple of months off.

Height: 5'6
Starting weight: 121
Goal: 110-115

Starting college next next week. I hope to not become a victim of the "freshmen 15" ):
Will post updates as soon as/if I see results c:

Technically it isnt the number on the scale people should be looking at anyways, its your bmi. I am 5'4" and I could weigh 92lbs and still be at a healthy bmi. So no one should really be saying anything to you.

this is the second diet that i wanted to try....i tried the General Motors diet and lost five pounds and then nothing afterward...then i came upon this and what intrigued me the most was how easy it is especially with me being deployed and not being able to make my own healthy foods...but they have bananas in the dfac all the time so i cant go wrong:D as far as exercising, i love to workout, but my hours here change depending on operations so i have to find a way because of how tired i am after a long day...any i can handle that no prob...so here whats my menu looked like so far and honestly i think i went a little over board on the eggs, but i love eggs and i love bananas but i can work on that

0500-3 bananas 32 oz bottle of water ( the bottled water in Iraq are huge)
0800-6 fried egg whites(no salt only black pepper) and 2 bowls of applesauce
...have had lunch yet but i know i will have...
1200-diced tomatos, olives, and cucumbers with vinegar, jalapeno juice, and black pepper---and if you think of a to-go box all of that goes in the bigger portion of the box---and its delicious

ok, thats my first day if anyone can help or has any useful suggestions feel free please
