Hi all, I just registered for this forum. I'm newrule from malaysia.. I hope we could be a very gud friends here..well I have a question especially to the moderator..
I was an athlet with the average body 60kg. With height 155cm. When I was in the final year degree I was so extremely busy so I decided to stop my sports activity. The best result came when I gain 20 kgs in one year. Could you believe that?
Till now on I stay with that 80 kgs. It really hurts me. I did many things but it failed. So is there any hope by using this banana diet. i really wish it will work for me:(
