Hey everyone. I`ve been dieting for like a week already. Started out with this Morning Banana Diet , then stopped for three days as I tried this 7-day juice diet. Though I stopped the juice diet after 3 days (lol), I really lost a lot of weight and I`m really happy.
Anyway, I have no plans on continuing the diet but I want to continue drinking fresh fruit juices (I have to juice them myself) cos I think they`re really healthy and made me lose weight. But I'm not sure if that would work out with the MoBa diet since it`s strict on water right? But would I still be able to drink some fresh fruit juices? And if yes, when would be the best time to drink fresh juice? During the 3pm snack, or for lunch/dinner? What I`m planning is that I do the MoBa diet then have a normal lunch then maybe just have fresh juice for dinner cos i`m not really hungry at that time.
Please help me. I`d really appreciate it. :]
