So here's my meal plan each day:
8:00 or whenever I eat- 2 bananas and a glass of water
11:30-12:00 for lucnch- Cereal
3:00 snack- Another banana or some sweets. One sweet per week.
Dinner, usually 5:30- 6:00: whatver the family is havin.
My only problem is LuNCH! I keep telling myself I'm going to eat cereal, and then I end up eating udon or lean cusine.
How do you kill cravings?
And is it okay for me to have milk with cerel?
I do some pilates 3-4 x a week and go outside with my brother for about 15-20 minutes, etc for excersize.
I'm 5'2", 5'3" and 130 lbs. I want to be 100-110 lbs. How long do you think this will take? I'm a little young.
