Hello everyone!
i am wondering...i am a junior in high school and i only have a couple of days left till summer. but will this help me if i want to lose weight before my senior of high school starts up? you know how everyone wants to look great for there senior pictures and all right? will this banana diet help me at all with this?:confused:

Eat bananas for breakfast.

Eat a small healthy lunch with lots of fruit.

Eat a reasonable and healthy supper

Never stuff yourself

Eat nothing after 8.

Don't drink calories

Hunt down and eliminate hidden calories (condiments, etc)

Don't eat junk food or fried food.

Don't cheat!

Do all that, and I promise you'll lose weight.

I'm living proof.

Can I have my regular morning coffee or tea with a teaspoon of low fat milk and half a spoon of sugar....I've read that dairy products are to be avoided in this diet :(
