Hey everyone, Im new to the site. I like social networks, but haven't found a decent place to hang out where people are looking to live healthy, etc.
Im from Jersey, I moved XC to the Pacific Northwest about 3 years ago now. After a recent back injury, I gained a good amount of weight-for me, which Ive been on the path to take off now that Im able to be active again!
This "diet" intrigues me, I love to eat bananas, so I think ill give it a whirl. I started today, and plan to continue it with my exercise routines.
So I hope to see everyone around, feel free to drop me a line anytime!
