hi, im new here, before starting the diet i want to ask something. rule stated to eat anything for lunch, but rule also includes not to eat dairy etc.. i wish to eat cereals and milk for lunch, is that ok or not? thanks for the help!!

hi there, i'm new here too. To answer your question, to my opinion, for lunch i think it should be ok. As we after lunch, we usually continue with our work and so, basically our body is actually burning energies that we consumed in the morning and lunch time. Unless after lunch, you just sit tight on your sit. Maybe if that so, do more walking around so that your body can actually used up the unwanted kilo's that you consumed from your lunch. On the food that you wanted to take for your lunch not saying that we can't take, just that MAYBE it will slow down the process of losing weight faster. Most important is your dinner. You have to really take care on that. Well, thats what i got to know and share with you guys.
