Hi, people.
I'm from Brazil and I've started the Morning Banana Diet this week. I like to walk during the morning, three times a week.
I would like to now, what's the best time to practice exercises: morning or evening?
If I choose to walk during the morning, should I eat my breakfast (banana and water) before or after the exercises? Should I eat something else?
I hope you can help me.
