Hi people,

I started the morning banana diet 3 days ago and already lost 1 lb. I definitely feel fuller from the banana in the morning. I have type 1 diabetes, and need to lose about 20 to 30 lbs. I'm wondering if there's any other diabetics here and how they're doing?

You should discuss it with your doctor. The diet doesn't really require that you change what you eat, but whether the banana breakfast would be a problem is something your doctor should look into.
