Hey,
I am just stating out the diet and I'm really nervous. I have been trying to cut back on weight and it just keeps coming back. I want to lose at least confused 10 pounds. I'm a mid teen who feels over weight and this seems like a perfect diet for me. Will this diet work for me or not????? I want results. I definitely one them in my stomach region and thigh region. What is gonna happen????

What is gonna happen depends on you. The banana in the morning isn't some magic potion, it's a useful peice of an overall better eating plan.

It can work, I'm down from 225+ to 182 (6 foot male). But I'm about 9 months in, so we're talking a pound or two a week on average. Can you wait a month for your results?

Have a look around I've posted some other bits about what I think is important and not important, based on my own experience. But I'm a guy and ymmv. I also exercised (hard) twice a week for most of that to keep my muscle tone up.

If you want, post a detailed diary of what you eat each day and we'll try to help you by reviewing it. Don't forget little things like condiments & sauces, drinks, and little snacks, they're the secret killer of most diets.

The journal pages let you enter you daily meals and they even gently "scold" you if you're not following the MoBa rules.
