I got the idea for the banana diet from my mum. She tried it for a few days and lost kg (1 lbs), without really feeling like she was on a diet.
over the last couple of years I have gained some weight, and I would very much like to loose some of it. I am one of those lucky women who gain weight all the right places. But I haven't been so lucky with the last 5-10 kg, and I would really like to loose them, the rest is okey with me I like to be curvy :).
Well I hope this will work out for me :)

Good luck.
A few days proves nothing, btw. My weight fluctuates by 2-3 pounds within a day or two all the time, in either direction.
However, long term, I can tell you the diet works. Proof is the graph from the wii fit...

Losing a pound or two (or a kilo) a week for several weeks means it's working, but day to day differences can be for all kinds of reasons, so they don't mean much.

my weight fluctuates like that too.. i weigh something when i go to bed and the next morning i'm 2 pounds lighter.. then later at night i'm back where i started.. but ever since going on this diet.. i've been keeping my excess pounds off.. i'm so glad its working!

I think this is the best diet for you to reduce your weight.... I have lost 18 lb with in a month..... i just can't beleive this.... but it really happened..... THIS DIET REALLY WORKS.........
