I started the diet on Monday the 16th, and im down 3lbs! I love this diet it is so easy, but helps so much with not eating junk food all day. That was my problem eating cookies/chips till i went to bed. I feel great and have so much more energy than before!

Congratulations! I had the same thing happen to me, i never used to eat junk food, but after i started this diet i found my energy boosted and i just felt great! Good Luck!:)
