Hey folks, new to the banana diet idea. I haven't started it, but am thinking about it. I've been dieting and exercising for the past 4 1/2 months with 30 pounds lost so far. I like to switch things up so I don't get sick of foods or my body doesn't get too used to the routine.

Anyway, I was wondering what the general consensus was on taking a multivitamin with the banana breakfast. I would guess about 99% of people don't get all the vitamins and minerals they need for healthy body function which is why I supplement with vitamins. I'm wondering though if the vitamins would interrupt the digestion of the banana process.

you should always take a multivitamin after your last meal, not in the morning.
