Well i haven't done any exercise, just eating the banana and water in the morning, trying to eat at noon and 3pm and then dinner before 8pm, and usually in bed before midnight. I've been on the diet for 15 days, so just a day over 2 weeks and i've lost 5 lbs, i think thats great for just changing a few habits! YAY!
Also, i have still been blogging, but i've been using a blog of my own, now because i don't love the blogs here, its just that i'm a stay at home mom and i'm trying to earn money from adsense ads on my page. So anyways, if you'd like to read my blog is http://morning-banana.blogspot.com/
