So i was thinking, the point of the banana [in my mind] is for fiber [regularity]. So it would only help to eat more banana's and give yourself more daily opportunity's to "flush" the fat from your body right? So what if you were to eat a banana with water 30 minutes before lunch and dinner as well? It would fill you up so you would eat less at those meals, which is good too. Don't really want to go into the gross details, but i figure you get the idea.:rolleyes:
