So i was thinking, the point of the banana [in my mind] is for fiber [regularity]. So it would only help to eat more banana's and give yourself more daily opportunity's to "flush" the fat from your body right? So what if you were to eat a banana with water 30 minutes before lunch and dinner as well? It would fill you up so you would eat less at those meals, which is good too. Don't really want to go into the gross details, but i figure you get the idea.:rolleyes:

Hi, i am taking a glass of water, the first thing in the morning then taking bath, getting ready for office and reacnig office at 8.00 am then eatingbananas at 8.30 and in between a small sips of water. Is it ok to start in this way or no water in the morning as a firsst thing. And what about tea, can i drink it around 11.00 am. please suggest me
